Return & Refund Policy

Customized Items

All personalized or engraved items (necklaces, custom gifts) are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.


Non-Custom Items

If you are not satisfied with a non-custom item, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.


Damaged or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged or is lost, please contact us within 7 days at realpeach.ca@gmail.com.

We will provide a full refund or replacement after verification.


Refund Process

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after receiving the returned item.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to damage or error on our part.
