A: Customized items cannot be changed once ordered. For non-custom items, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist.

Q: How long does it take to process my order?

A: Handmade items usually take 1–3 business days to process. Customized items (e.g., engraved necklaces) may take 3–5 business days.

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Standard shipping within Canada typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Q: Can I track my order?

A: Yes, a tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.


3️⃣ Returns & Exchanges

Q: Can I return or exchange my order?

A:Customized items (engraved necklaces, personalized gifts) are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

     Non-custom items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery if they are in their original condition and packaging.

Q: What if my order arrives damaged?

A: Please contact us within 7 days, and we will provide a full refund or replacement.

Q: What can I have engraved?

A: You can choose text, names, or short phrases. Please note the character limit to ensure readability and aesthetics.

Q: How long does it take to ship customized items?

A: Engraved necklaces or personalized gifts typically take 3–5 business days to process.

Q: How can I sign up for a candle-making workshop?

A: You can register through our Candle Making Workshop page on the website or by emailing us directly.

Q: Do I need to bring my own materials?

A: No, all materials and tools are provided during the workshop.

Q: Are workshops suitable for children?

A: Workshops are mainly for adults and teens. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
